A journo's jottings under no deadline pressure (since Jan 1, 2010)
Just back from a marriage which an indisposed wifey could not attend.
She asked only three questions:
1) What was P (the bride) wearing?
2) What was S (the bride’s sister) wearing?
3) What was M aunty (the bride’s mother) wearing?
Here’s a mediaman who’s seen it all, done it all… over more than four decades… from letterpress to Internet publishing. Along the way, he has brought out corporate in-house magazines; assigned work to and guided and supervised the efforts of reporters; commissioned news and feature stories, analyses, comment pieces and special reports; coordinated with networks of correspondents; reworked cover stories and features and helped launch magazines as well as corporate websites. And all along, he continues improving on his basic skills of writing/editing and photography…
